Double Bedroom in the Centre of Town

Hi!

Our flat mate is moving out so we have a spare room available! The flat is a really nice space across two floors, including 3 double bedrooms, a spare single room (used for guests & storage), 2 modern bathrooms and a really nice kitchen/diner/lounge. We're right on the Parade in Leamington so short walking distance from the station (~7 mins!) and all the shops, cafes and bars. The room comes unfurnished however our flatmate is happy to sell the bed for cheap if anyone would want to take it.

We currently have a free off street parking space available should you have a car. This is our neighbour's, but she doesn't drive and she's happy for us to use it. If this is to change, parking permits for street parking are available for £25 a year.

Will and I are both tidy, laid back kind of guys who enjoying hanging out, cooking and socialising with friends. We're big into sport and are often out playing football, basketball or at the gym during the week. As we're both professionals working full time, we'd ideally like someone similar.
