Double Room In North Leamington House

Leaving this house-share and looking for someone to fill my room.

- House is huge and split into the original house and an extension. The original house has 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower, kitchen, garage, living room, pool table. Living on this side are me, another JLR grad and a JLR contractor. The extension contains another kitchen, toilet/shower, living room and 2 bedrooms. Living on this side are 2 DHL workers who work night-shifts. Due to the nature of the extension and their work schedules, you are unlikely to see much of these guys.

- Room is a huge double bed with plenty of room. It comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and full-length mirror. Please note that anything else (e. g. desk, drawers) do not come with the room. Once I have removed my stuff the room will be even more open and there will be even more room to put additional furniture should you wish. There is also an attic where you can store additional stuff.

- Housemates are all very kind and up for a chat if you're so inclined.

-Rent is 500 a month paid to landlord and an additional 90 for bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, tv license, internet etc), and paid to one of the housemates.

- Off road parking and huge garden as shown.

- Quiet part of North Leamington and road is a dead-end so no through traffic to worry about.

- Plenty of fridge/freezer/kitchen drawer space to store your stuff.

- One of the living rooms contains a pool table.

- Landlord lives nearby and on hand to deal with any maintenance issues that may arise.
