Location on Warwick Street is highly convenient for many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Also the Upper Parade bus stop is less than 5 minute walk away.
Rent is £370 per month, excluding bills. Bills normally amount to £40 per month. Parking permits available and designated for this property through Warwick District Council.
