Double room in town centre location

Two female housemates looking for a third female housemate to join us in our friendly home.

About the house and room:
Great location in the town centre of Leamington Spa. Close to Jephson Gardens, the town’s shops and bars and only a 10 minute walk to the train station. There is parking outside the house which requires a permit (£25 a year). The room is large with plenty of room for a double bed, wardrobe, drawers etc. Although the house is technically unfurnished, all communal areas are already furnished. We have two bathrooms, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
The rent is £300 per month and bills cost around £90 a month depending on time of year. This includes WiFi, gas, electricity, water and council tax. The initial deposit is also £300, protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme.

About us:
We are friendly housemates who get on well. I am a secondary school teacher and my housemate is an interior designer. We are sociable and enjoy watching TV/films together, shopping or the odd evening drink, but we do also have our own hobbies/interests and time away.
