Lovely Double Room in 2 Bed house near town centre

I have a lovely spacious double room available in a 2 bed home, 10minutes walk from the town centre that (unfortunately) I'm having to move out of after 5 Years to (fortunately) move to Scotland! So I'm looking for someone to take my place.

The bright room has a very large built in fully mirrored wardrobe with tons of space, and has nice views out across Leamington. Its incredibly peaceful and you wouldn't think you live 10mins from the centre. The house has a large living area, kitchen and dining area, garage and large front and back garden with a freshly built BBQ / firepit area perfect for summer evening gatherings (hopefully can happen soon). The house is in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood within 10mins walk of town centre and is perfectly placed to get out for a run or walk around Newbold Comyn!

The current housemate is an easy going guy who is happy to socialise and have a good chat, but also respects other peoples down time. He keeps the place nice and tidy and would expect the new housemate to do the same. He is usually away in Hospital as a trainee doctor during the day, and in the evenings he likes to cook fresh and have a chilled night or play games.

As Luke seems to like to keep his belongings to a minimum, it means you will have plenty of home to yourself and be able to freely use the driveway and garage till your hearts content.

All bills are included in the price. Includes - Gas, Electric, Tax, WiFi (70mbps).

Preferably a professional will move in but students are welcome, but you must be Post Grad or doing a PHD and provide a guarantor if necessary.
