Double room with garden and parking in North Leam

Looking to let out my spare bedroom.

Any sort of more flexible arrangements can be considered, let me know!

Garden and own parking space (off road). Bills incl.

Room currently has a single bed, but I can change this to a double and get some different furniture if preferred (or can leave unfurnished too).

Property is 5 mins from Newbold Comyn (large park), 15 mins walk to the top of the Parade, 25 mins walk to the station. There are shops 3 min drive away.

It's a really relaxed / safe area with lovely views over Leam and Warwick.

I am a 29 y. o. professional and recently bought my 1st house in North of Leam. I wfh at the moment, but going forward looking to do a mix of wfh / office / travel. I think I am quite easy to get along with and pretty laid back. I like yoga / keeping active / walks in the countryside but also staying in and cooking / watching a film. I'm veggie but if you eat meat then just ask that you bring your own pans etc. I am British but speak Spanish and German too from living abroad :)
