The place is very near to the city centre, just 10 min walk. The house has parking in front and also a nice garden in the back with a wood fire oven and barbeque stand. The place is in a very quiet street and has a nice vibe. The rent has to be done as a joint contract between you and the current flatmate. He is a nice guy and very quiet. He is a professional. I am moving to another city on February 26th so you can start on the 27th. When I am moving I am also selling my gaming chair as it is hard to move to a new place. So you will have a nice big desk, drawers and a gaming chair when moving in. Have a nice stay like I did. Will add images in a day!!!
