Friendly flatmates. . 2 Parks, nice pubs and a corner shop nearby.

Please note there is no shared living room - I can't do anything about this and I seem to get a few people who come to view and then tell me it's lovely but they'd like a shared living room which wastes both our time. There is a very friendly pub nearby which is open during the day and eve, serves coffee and great food, has sofas, wifi and can be used as an 'extended' living space! Across the road is the Dell Garden which is a nice green space to sit in during the Summer.

Rent includes council tax, water, gas, elec. and fast broadband access.

On street parking with permit £25 per year from the council.

Garage space for a car may also be available nearby to rent from council for approx £35 pcm on application to them.
