I have a very clean double room (£100 per week). Fully furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and a TV if required.
For one person, preferably for a six month contract as a minimum (longer is also possible ) with high standards and a friendly atmosphere.
If you are polite, friendly, clean, responsible and happy to share a bathroom (WC) with one other person then you will fit in well.
The house is in a quiet part of North Leamington Spa, at least 20 mins walk into the town centre and provides easy access to bus stops, takeaways bars and shops.
Bills include rent, TV license, broadband, gas/electricity and water. Council Tax will be extra to be discussed.
