Hi everyone!

My name's Elinor and I'm looking for 1 new house mate.

I am a full time secondary school teacher and have have lived here since moving to Leamington to start a new job 5 years ago. What was going to be a year stay has ended up being almost 5!
In my time here, I have created a garden for the property so summer bbqs are definitely on the menu!

Cris has been here for a month now and we get on excellently, so we're now looking for a third person to join us in our humble home.


We are looking for someone who would fit in well and would be a great addition to the house. We are ideally looking for another professional or mature student who wants to join a much loved home. The new candidate would enjoy living in a clean, tidy home and will make a conscious effort to help keep it this way.

I am back in school teaching full time. I enjoy going to the gym and often visit on my way home (when they are open). By the time I get home, I'm ready to collapse on the sofa, watch some TV and have a catch up with housemates. The area of the property is lovely; walking distance from town, and right next to a tesco express for the last minute food shop.

The room:
The room is furnished with a bed, cupboard and desk, but you are welcome to bring your own furnishings if preferred.

The house:
Downstairs- living room, open plan kitchen with a dinning area, lovely garden.
First floor - bedroom 1 (not available) , bedroom 2 (available), bathroom 1 (shower-bath, toilet, sink), separate second toilet


Rent -£380 per month (includes council tax and water)
Additional bills come to roughly £65 per month (broadband, tv licence, gas and electric)
