My name is Nick and I'm looking for a friendly housemate.
I live about a mile from the centre of Leamington, in a spacious 4 bed house with a newly renovated kitchen / diner / living room area.
It's essential to me for any potential housemate to be a dog lover since I have a 4 year old beagle / pointer cross - Sinta - and my housemate (Chris) has an 8 year old golden retriever (Molly). Really important to have someone who is used to dogs (e. g. never leaving the front door open unless they are shut elsewhere in the house) and enjoys having them around. I’ve had a few people ask about additional pets, but sadly I can’t really accommodate that at the moment.
Also being a dog household it's never going to be perfectly clean and tidy, although we do our best their hair shedding is quite relentless!
Really just looking for nice, easy going people - so get in touch. Myself and Chris are both into our music so we have quite a few instruments between us. Aside from that I’m studying an MBA part time and also working towards a private pilots license.
Have Wi-Fi, sky tv inc. sports and movies and a fairly large garden (next project is to build a brick bbq!). The intention would also be to get a weekly cleaner included in the rent.
Also Open to Sunday / Monday to Friday let’s at a reduced rate (tbd)
