We have two spacious double rooms in a four-person houseshare right in the heart of Leamington, only a few minutes walk to the Parade and restaurants and bars a-plenty, the lovely Pump House Gardens and cinemas only a stone's throw from our front door.

The bedrooms come unfurnished, though a few pieces may be available for negotiation with our outgoing flatmates. Room 2 also comes with an in-built robe. The house itself features a large, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a bright and open living room, two bathrooms and a leafy back garden. We also have great broadband for those more 'inside' days. Your flatmates are two very cool girls, one British young professional and one displaced Kiwi graduate student, and would love a couple of open-minded, clean and considerate folk to join us!

The particulars: Deposit paid upfront, in addition to a communal account contribution of £100 to cover extraneous bills. Bills generally come to around £90/mo, including council tax.
