My house is a 2 bed canal-side new build, on the Union Park estate in Leamington Spa. My home consists of a lounge, a kitchen/diner with French doors leading to a private, secure garden with a shed, seating and a fire pit/BBQ. There is also a downstairs toilet. There are two, good sized double bedrooms upstairs and a shared bathroom. There is free on-street parking, together with access to a limited number of guest parking spaces.

The house is furnished to a high standard and includes;

I am looking to share my home with a like-minded, friendly and courteous professional or mature student. As a great lover of animals, I will also consider pets (ie. a well behaved dog).

I am looking to rent my fully furnished second bedroom, full-time, on a 7 days a week term, however I would happily consider a Monday-Friday term if preferred; happy to discuss.

The room has become available due to previous lodger changing jobs/moving away. I ask for £750 as a security deposit which is refundable at the end of the rental period.

A BIT ABOUT ME:

I am a young, friendly professional, working for a small transmission engineering consultancy in Leamington. I consider myself very sociable, down to earth, clean, tidy and considerate of others.

My interests consist of anything active/outdoorsy, hiking, travelling, exploring, good food and drink (and country pubs), sport (tennis, cycling, rugby and F1). I enjoy a good night out but equally I enjoy chilled nights in.
