We are an easy going professional couple in our 50’s with a large detached dorma bungalow and very large enclosed garden.
We have an upstairs double room with bathroom (which is for the renters sole use whilst in sit-u ). There is a large shared living and kitchen space with an adjacent sun room for relaxation. For the winter there is a snug lounge with log burner. The garden is huge and very peaceful to sit in and think.
We have 3 happy very social dogs, who have their own ‘boot’ room, and do NOT go upstairs. Willing to accept a friendly dog (to be agreed)
We are only interested in Mon -Fri let’s, but can be flexible for odd weekends by agreement. (Can make second room with two double beds available at a discount for upto 2 additional colleagues if required)
We are ideally looking for someone who works in the area during the week.
Short or long term considered. £100/week or £400/month.
