Quiet house front 1 minute walk from the Bermuda lake

Thanks for looking! I have two double rooms to rent. One with and one without an en suite immediately available in my house. The house is situated close to the hospital on the Bermuda Estate. The rooms will be furnished and I can buy more furniture or move it as required.

The top room/floor is currently occupied by myself. I work away in the week and come back at weekends. I'm a friendly, outgoing and relaxed working professional.

My lodger is very friendly, clean, tidy and keeps to himself. He has a very friendly small dog that stays at the house occasionally.

There is parking available for a small car directly outside the house. There is additional parking available just outside of the car park to the rear of the house.

I am happy to consider Mon-Fri lets.

All bills are included, plus fast fibre broadband.

Looking for someone who is tidy and clean. I will be renovating the house with additional furniture soon and would take input from the lodgers, so this could be an ideal time to move in if you want to have a say in what goes into the house. Thanks!
