It’s a nice room on a new build street

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and a tv mount for a tv. A shower room and toilet next to the room too, that will be exclusive to you.

Kitchen in same floor and laundry room too with washer and dryer. Both new.

I am a live in landlord who’s 26, working at MIRA Technology park, looking for 2nd and final tenant.

The other person renting is a 27 year old female. She’s a teacher.

We are both working and out of the house Monday to Friday morning till 5-6pm.

Virgin media 100mbps internet.

3 bathrooms in house, everyone has their own bathroom.

I use two bedrooms, on the top floor, so max 3 people in the house with the new person.

Parking space available in front of house.

It’s a 3 storey house, with a room in each floor so everyone will have their own floor.
