Upstairs, there is a large modern bathroom, again with plenty of allocated storage space. This bathroom is shared by one other resident and - very occasionally - by another who is renting a room but is almost never here.

There is lots of parking available at the side of the property and you're within walking distance of the town centre, railway station, Attleborough village, George Eliot Hospital and various industrial estates. Riversley Park and the Pingles are both a two-minute walk away.

No smoking allowed anywhere in the house, but permitted in the garden.

I may consider a small pet, but only if caged. No dogs or cats.

It’s currently a male household, but we have also had female residents here from time to time. We’re sociable and we all get along, but we generally keep to ourselves and you’ll have plenty of privacy. I’m a live-in landlord (with my own facilities on the top floor) but very laid back about most things, for example overnight guests are welcome, provided it’s not all the time.
