Double room for single occupant

Living room

Hey!
My spare room is soon available for rent. (currently decorating it) it's upstairs, garden view.
Grey carpet, wallpaper will be stripped and walls painted. Small double bed and mattress will be put into the room. Storage; you have the airing cupboard with a shelf that you can store clothes in. I'll provide a wardrobe or clothing rail depending on preference and space. It is currently a work in progress but will share updates if you're interested.
Shared bathroom (no bath, shower only).
In a 2 bedroom semi detached house, with myself living in and my friendly cat who mainly sleeps or goes out using the cat flap.
The living room has a log burner, a 55" HD tv with sky/netflix/prime and xbox. Fibre wifi. It's styled nicely and is a pleasant place to hang out. Open plan dining room, kitchen at the back with a washer dryer and dishwasher. A downstairs toilet too.
Garden lawn, furniture and decking. Garage to the rear that you can store bikes in and car if needed.
Hive central heating.
I work shifts, days and nights.
I like to cook and I enjoy good food. I'm fairly active, I like to boulder/climb and windsurf.
