Comfortable rooms, suitable working away from home

MONDAY TO FRIDAY, full week considered at amended costs( but not on a permanent basis) Large comfortable double rooms. bills all inclusive, bedding and towels provided, washed/changed when needed, room cleaned weekly, use of nice sit in/ cooking area, this area is for yourself and max 2 others, a shared bathroom with 3 max, good internet connection. Opposite a bus stop straight into Nuneaton bus station. Good double shop directly over the road, Once in situ Monday to Friday the room and your contents remain yours only and room will not be used., I’m laid bckand friendly, well not to friendly as I’m not looking for friends so to say. It’s quiet and peaceful house, with no noise whatsoever from the others, nice siting cooking area with television although each room has their own tv..) although I’m a live in landlord I have my own annexe on ground floor so probably won’t see me much. This is for single occupancy only, no overnight guest, definitely NO DRUGS, LOUD MUSIC ETC. Sorry I do not do one night, due to the cleaning and bed changing costs, 3 days minimum considered, groups of 3 guys from same company ( friends ha ha) special rates, I’ve a good name amongst guys from Murphy Construction.( around 12 in total in past 3 years, 100% spot on guy’s) Some travel up to an hour away.
