Double room

Room to rent in a large detached house on a nice quiet residential estate. The room is fully furnished. Situated close to local amenities, shops, pubs etc, and within walking distance of the railway station, bus stops and the Town Centre. Easy access to A5, M6 and M69. The house has 5 bedrooms and I am a "live in landlord". In addition to all bills being included I employ a professional domestic cleaner who calls every other week. Access to the kitchen, with cooking facilities, and there is a fridge and freezer you can use too. As this is my home there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, etc also available free of charge if required, everything that you would expect. Wi-fi is included and there is parking on the drive. Strictly speaking, the room does not benefit from en-suite, however, there is exclusive use of the downstairs bathroom/shower room, which amounts to pretty much the same thing as you have your own bathroom which is not shared.
I am looking for Monday to Friday, although I would consider other options, such as short term. A non-smoker is preferred. Ideally it would suit a mature professional working away from home during the week, someone who appreciates and is respectful of others.
