Your room will be a recently renovated double bedroom with en-suite on the top floor of a three storey townhouse in the centre of Leamington Spa.

The whole house has been renovated in the last 6 months, there are two living areas and a private garden/courtyard for entertaining (weather permitting!) The downstairs has a sonos sound system throughout and a full sky tv package which can be added to your room.

Your housemates would be a 27 year old male in full time employment in the engineering sector & a final year student at Warwick university (Holly). The house also comes with a Labrador puppy, if you don’t like dogs then this probably isn’t the house for you!

The house is situated at the top of Leamington spa town centre, surrounded by permit parking (I will provide a permit). A walk to the town centre takes 2 minutes with the train station taking about 15-20.
