Double Room Available In Town Centre Regency House

Hi,

We are a couple living with our child in the centre of town and we have a double room for rent on the top floor of our home.

The bedroom is on a separate floor to the one we have our rooms on and there is a separate bathroom on this floor too. It is fully furnished with a brand new mattress. PLEASE NOTE IT IS A SUNDAY EVENING TO FRIDAY LET ONLY.

All bills and broadband are included, and there is a cleaner who cleans the house on a weekly basis, and will clean your room, if you wish as part of the rent.

The tenant will be afforded privacy and have use of the kitchen diner but the lounge will be reserved for our own use as a family.

We are looking for a professional person, and our preference is for a female tenant due to it being a family home. Although it is a Sunday evening to Friday let only, the room being yours full time but you only being present weekdays. the rent will be £450 pm.

We have had a few long term tenants, all seem to be from JLR, so if you want a reference about us we can get it too.

The prospective tenant must be tidy and come with excellent references from either work or previous landlord.

We don't mind the age of the tenant. No couples please. One criteria will be no overnight guests and someone who is fairly quiet as it is our family home.

The tenant will have access to a street parking permit if required.

It really is a lovely house, immaculate and everything is to a high standard inside.

Also location wise, we are about 2 minutes walk from Jephson Garden, 3 minutes from the parade and 12 minutes walk from the train station
