Hello, I have one double room with built in wardrobes available at £660 (bills included) in a beautiful detached cottage in Sherbourne, Warwick.

The cottage is very spacious, with a huge garden and real fire place. Both living room and kitchen have been recently renovated. The room can be furnished if required. The room is available from the 1st of November.

The property is located in the magnificent village called Sherbourne just two miles away from the Warwick town center and 10 min drive to Leamington Spa and Stratford upon Avon. Easy access to M40. Close to Jaguar/Aston Martin in Gaydon. There are lovely local walks by the river, a livery yard down the road, kayaking, fishing etc.

The room is furnished to include a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and side table. There is parking on the driveway and a local bus within walking distance, taking you to Stratford, Warwick, Leamington etc. There are 2 dogs in the household currently and other dogs are permitted providing they get along with the current dogs. There is a large shed in the garden and access to a garage for storage.
