Lovely bright spacious double room in a three-bed semi detached house available Monday to Friday. Room is fully furnished. Parking available on drive and road. Full use of the house and garden. One bathroom, so this is shared with me. Another toilet downstairs.

Looking for a quiet, respectful, easy going lodger. Non smoker who doesn’t work from home.

House is located just off the A46, so quick and easy access out of Stratford towards the M40 and beyond. Both train stations are equidistant from the house (25 mins walk), and buses into town leave from a stop just 4 mins walk away.

When I'm at home I tend to be quite active, do loads of paddling boarding at the mo and try to get out for runs/bike rides after work, or do a bit of yoga.

I am an early to bed, early riser type so would also be looking for a 'quiet in the evenings' lodger.
