We have a large house and garden which is a 20 minute walk from Stratford town centre. We are a 10 minute walk from the Maybird centre and shops. The canal walks can be reached within a few minutes and we are very conveniently located for main roads out of Stratford. We are very close to the A46 and a few minutes walk from Stratford Parkway railway station.
We are letting 1 light and spacious double bedrooms . which is on the first floor, with windows at the back of the house. It has a Kingsize bed, large wardrobe, blanket chest, and chest of drawers. There is a landing with separate bathroom, wash hand basin, toilet and walk in shower and bath

Our children have left home and we have plenty of space.
It is mostly a quiet house and my husband works from home. I am a part time school teacher so go out to work. We have one other professional female lodger.
