My Flatmate is moving on and we're looking for somebody to take over the remainder of her contract. The contract ends in February, but you're welcome to renew from then if you decide you like it here!
The flat itself is very spacious, with large communal living/dining area. The room you'd be renting is large (larger than it appears in the pictures!) and has a private en suite toilet and shower so you'd have your own living space and privacy.
You can take the room unfurnished but there's an option to buy the barely used furniture off my current flat mate if preferred.
