I have a garden facing double room to rent in my house on a quiet grove in Studley with easy access into Stratford and the surrounding countryside. There is a drive with space for up to three cars. Price includes all utilities and Internet. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
It's just me in the house and I have two little dogs who live with me I will not be allowing any further pets in the house. Dog lovers are a must as i need to ensure my fur babies are happy!
I work full time, run my own business from home. I have early starts so ideally looking for someone who isnt up late at night, so no party people unfortunately!
