3 double rooms in Studley 5 bed 30 yr old host

I have a few double rooms and also a self contained annexe I am looking to let out. the location is in Studley Warwickshire. Would suit people who work locally, in redditch or study in Stratford redditch or Birmingham. Bills and council tax are included. There is currently no other tennants, I live here but will be living in an adjoining annexe. the house is 160 years old and has recently had a new kitchen and bathroom with rainfall shower. Also had triple glazing and new carpets. Needs a little work doing to it so if you’re a painter/ decorator or have any skills or interest in that id probably give you a discount. I am 34, clean tidy professional and have a German shepherd although he won’t be in the main house if you are scared of or dislike dogs then won’t be appropriate for you, sorry!
