I’m a single dad with to young daughters who I have 50% of the time. I’m renting my spare single room, furnished. Theres a decent sized lounge, kitchen diner utility room and downstairs toilet and a shared bathroom. I’m looking for someone who’s going to clean up after themselves and respectful of my daughters when they are there.
