Large fully furnished (king size bed) room available with access to main bathroom which is pretty much only used by you however bath and shower is shared, this tends to be mainly at the weekend as I use the gym shower in the week!! I have my own toilet. All bills included, min 6 months to begin with and then go from there! m. Situated on a very sought after estate in Warwick ideally located for easy access straight to the motorway and bypass and into local towns, walking distance (literally across the road!) from shop, local pub and a couple of takeaways. Easy road parking and access to off road parking and use of all amenities in the flat. Lovely safe area. Smokers fine but must smoke outside only.
I work M-F and most weekends in a professional role and I’m also studying at the moment so I’m usually busy, but when I do have some down time and I’m not at the gym (having a health spurt at the mo!) I tend to enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine, some good trashy tv and unwinding, when I’m not out socialising, the local pub is always a good option for food or a quick drink too, I love swimming, walking and general girly stuff, always open to trying new hobbies! I'm fairly chilled out, respectful and friendly always happy to sit and have a natter over a cuppa or wine but also appreciate my own and others need for space. I like to think I am a good housemate, my last roommate actually moved out because she purchased the flat across the corridor from me and we are now neighbours so can’t be too bad haha!
