Bus route for either Stratford or Leamington 1 minute walk.
The Wellesbourne co-op food store is a short walk nearby as is a brand new Sainsburys.

The bus route to Stratford is really convenient and quick and allows easy trips to Stratford for the theatre meals and drinks without taking the car.

If you cycle it's an easy 20minute cycle into Stratford fairly flat and there’s a nice back roads route via Loxley which is quiet.

The house is on the Dovehouse Farm Estate which is well established and well kept and is very nice and quiet.
Theres a nice private sunny garden and patio you can use. A driveway and plenty of parking outside the house on the street as well.

I am looking for professional female lodgers who appreciate a friendly homely quiet but sociable environment.

I have had many stay with me now over the years from JLR, Aston Martin, Horticulture Research International in Wellesbourne. (Now Warwick Crop Centre, Warwick University). I always look to try and get people that will get on and it’s always worked out very well.

The en-suite room is like a little annex within the house. It was a conversion of the garage and has a vaulted ceiling with skylight and a small mezzanine with en-suite bathroom which includes a shower and toilet and hand basin underneath the Mezzanine.

This room has just been re decorated and its already looking really nice and bright.

The small double room has had a total make over and newly fitted out It’s a sunny room facing South over the back garden.

The other room is a spacious double room upstairs with comfy small double bed and cotton white emulsion walls.
I have lived in the village for many years and brought up my family here. I attend the local choir, enjoy walking and making cards and love the occasional visits from my grand children.
