Includes use of shared washing machine on ground floor.

I have a beautiful home and like giving others the opportunity to enjoy it (layout has been reconfigured to keep lodgers safe/separate during coronavirus period so you'll have no access to downstairs - e. g. main lounge/kitchen).

Leamington Spa 2 miles, Warwick 3 miles, M40 2.5 miles. Very convenient location for buses, trains, motorway network, countryside and many large employers in the region (e. g. Warwick Technology Park, Jaguar Landrover, Housing construction plus a new covid testing mega lab being built).

Less than a 5-minute walk to green space, local shops, takeaways, gym, etc
