The flat is located a stones throw away from Warwick train station. It is also right in the bottom of Warwick town centre and close to local amenities such as takeaways, Sainsburys, barbers, pubs, parks etc.
The room is fairly quiet facing away from the streets. Off street parking bay is available for a car.
Ideally looking for a working professional who can use the room to crash throughout the work week. The room will be required on weekends for family and friends.
As for myself I work a full time typical job, only at home during evenings and weekends. I tend to keep to myself with occasional socializing.
