The whole house was redecorated in 2019 with a brand new bed, mattress and desk chair in the room.

I have a medium sized dog, who is friendly.

Close to Warwick Gates shops and Leamington Shopping Park, approx. 2 miles from both Warwick and Leamington town centres. Excellent access to M40 Junction 13/14. Well situated for National Grid / Jaguar Landrover / Aston Martin employees, 1.5 miles to Warwick Technology Park and 8 miles from Gaydon. First stop on bus route for University of Warwick also.

The room will be let furnished, with double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, desk, and bookcase.

There is shared use of kitchen, lounge / dining area, bathrooms, and large garden with on street parking available in a quiet cul de sac.
