Located in a upscale and quiet neighbourhood of Warwick Gates, the house is approximately 5 minutes drive from both Leamington and Warwick. There is a regular bus service (e. g. U1, 68) from a stop just around the corner that connects into both towns as well as the railway station and the supermarket, be there in around 10 minutes with ease. Also local shops(co-op, fish & chip shop and a Chinese takeaway) are within 2-minutes walking distance.

Apart from private garage there is plenty of parking space available. Easy access to Gaydon, JLR and National Grid as M40, M42 and M6 motorways are all within easy reach.
Leamington Spa has a railway station that connects to Coventry and Birmingham and just 1. 5 hours from London. Birmingham airport is 35 minutes by train and about the same by car.
Would suit either someone who goes home at weekends or would like to rent the full week.
