I have a double room to rent in my house which you will share with me and my Boston Terrier Mollie. The double bedroom comes fully furnished with a good sized wardrobe, seven drawer chest, a bedside table, tv chest and double bed with under bed storage.


The rest of the house is shared with a living room/dining room, modern kitchen with appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine), bathroom with shower over the bath and toilet. The property comes with a reserved off street parking space which I don't use, so is available for you. The house comes with TV and broadband internet included. Outside there is a private garden.

The house is in Chase Meadow which is a great location for Warwick and Leamington and very quick an easy access to Longbridge roundabout (J15 on M40 for A46).


A young professional like myself would be an ideal candidate but I'm also happy to meet with students to see if that would work.

There are no agents (therefore no extra fees), you deal directly with myself.

Rent would be paid monthly in advance with one months deposit and one months notice on either side.
