Your new home is a large, luxury, executive property split over west and east wings with a large sloping driveway and steps leading up to the front door. The structural features of this interesting house have created quirky twisting passages and secret stairways, making this home both sprawling and original. There is a mix of bedrooms, all with their own style – and expertly decorated for the space they hold. The open plan kitchen/living/dining room is a perfect spot for coming together for socialising and shared meals, and the garden is often described as a mini forest – a beautiful space of natural charm, simultaneously cared for and left to nature. The home showcases a mixture of striking feature walls and fresh white space, and there are both wooden floors and carpets throughout. This houseshare is a particularly friendly home-from-home, with a thriving sense of community – our tenants at Greville Road often cook shared meals and have even been on a camping trip together.

Situated in a coveted Warwick location with excellent transport routes to the M40 for Leamington, Stratford, Coventry, Solihull and Birmingham. Walk 20 minutes to enjoy all that Warwick Town Centre has to offer and 30 minutes for Leamington Spa Town Centre. You can travel by train to London Marylebone in a little over 2 hours.

Our existing tenants are a group of clean, tidy, and respectful individuals who enjoy a chat and a glass of wine after work (and the occasional trip to the pub!) This is a high-quality home, effectively cared for with pro-active maintenance, and an excellent overall service provided to all occupants. Though the rooms are furnished, they don't come with bedding or soft furnishings. (However, we understand how much there is to organise with a relocation – so we have packages for these items available should you require them!)
We work hard to carefully curate a positive and like-minded dynamic within each of our shared homes. We respectfully ask interested parties to therefore note that our rooms are not suitable for couples, students, pet owners, benefit claimers, or those in-between jobs.

References and employment are essential. We don't require a deposit, just the pro rata rate of the month’s rent on the day you move in. Then rent is due on the 1st of every month thereafter.
