Quiet, clean house in nice area

Attic room in a 4 bedroom house available to rent. Bathroom is shared with a second attic room on the same floor. 1st floor has a shared lounge, dining room, kitchen space and a second toilet that’s shared by all housemates.

We’re a very quiet relaxed pair of friends who live in the rooms on the bottom floor of the house.

The street is quiet and family friendly so not really appropriate for anybody in the party phase of their life. We spend most of our time outside of work being a bit nerdy or watching tv together. We don’t have any particular room mate requirements but it’s a new house so someone tidy who’ll help us take care of the house and furniture is a must..

Cons: Buses from Cimla don’t start until 8am so you need a car or be willing
to walk 20 mins to get to town if you need to get anywhere early.
No garden access
No garage or indoor storage options for things like bikes etc
