5 bed newly refurbished property with big rooms

The property is newly refurbished to a high standard, everything is new in the property, from kitchen, bathroom, Windows, walls and furniture. Each room has a brand new double bed and has a spacious office style desk and new wardrobes. The pictures you see do not do the rooms justice, each room is really big which is why you only see one part of the bedroom as the camera does not fit the whole room in. It's a three story property, you have 1 bedroom on the ground floor, three on the first floor and one on the second floor so you have plenty of privacy. There is one bathroom and two toilet facilities. In the kitchen there are cupboard spaces for each tenant as there is a lot of space. There are also two fridges and one freezer so plenty of space to store your food. We also have a brand new tumble dryer. All the furniture you see in the property are brand new and have only been used once by the previous tenants. The pictures you see are not old images but they were taken a couple of weeks ago so what you see is the current state of the property. Bills are not included however this Can be negotiated, but the cost of each room will be higher. One room available for this academic year.
We Can also arrange for a cleaner if you wish for an extra cost per month.

The house is located right near the centre which is of walking distance. Ideally we are looking for students, but professionals are also welcome. Couples are also welcome, but they must rent out two of the five bedrooms in the property. Each room in the house in spacious and there is a new kitchen and bathroom fitted.

Bills will be split according to the 5 tenants:

Water £55 PP - works out £11 PM per person
Gas £57 PM- works out £11.40 PM per person
Electric £68 PM - £13.60 PM per person
