A spacious, double bed room is available in St. Thomas by the city centre. Rent is £500 per month inclusive of bills (WiFi, gas, electricity and water). Council tax (Band B) will need to be paid on top of rent if you're not a student.

The room is a double room, with a large window, high ceilings and a gorgeous view on to the garden. It is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, brand new IKEA desk and chair. The bedroom has recently been updated with a snug new carpet!

Common areas include living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and back garden.

• 10 mins walk to University of Wales Trinity St David
• 5-mins from bus stop to Bay Campus and Singleton Campus (Swansea University)
• 5 min walk to the Marina

You would be sharing the house with me. I'm a medical student at Swansea University and looking for a housemate who is clean and friendly! This would suit a student or young professional.
