2 permit holder spaces but also have off-road parking to the rear if required

I have an indoor cat, so non-negotiable someone who loves pets & would be willing to give her some attention (every quarter I end up away for a few days with work)

I will be modernising the room & happy to paint any colour if there’s a preference, also happy to supply furniture or you’re welcome to bring your own

I wfh 60/40 but will have a desk in my room so won’t be in the way
