The rent is £270 pcm. This includes all of the bills, internet etc...so there is nothing else to pay other than the £270 per month. There is £100 bond/deposit, that is required to secure the room and is refundable when you leave.
The remaining tenants are 3 male and 1 female, mainly working professionals.
