We have two rooms available in a lovely house at Rhondda Street, Swansea which is within easy walking distance to the city centre, University and Bus and Train Stations. The house is clean, tidy and well managed with all tenants working to a rota to manage bins etc. All of our tenants are professional, considerate and quiet in the house.

Viewings are arranged with one of our existing tenants.

There are rooms available on both the ground floor and the first floor. They are double bedrooms with a double bed, side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The property has been recently renovated to a high standard. It is beautifully presented and very welcoming and comfortable. There is new flooring throughout, and a warm, effective heating system. All decor in the house is fresh and current, and the rooms are clean, light and airy, all with brand new beds and mattresses. All bedroom furniture is provided.

The property does have parking permits, however there is also on street parking in the immediate vicinity. There is an enclosed back garden with a decked area.

All bills are included, together with high speed wifi. Crockery, cutlery, new kettle, toaster, microwave etc are also included. The bathroom is newly refurbished with new walk in shower, wet walls and new flooring fitted; there is an additional toilet which is also new.

The property is available to professional, working tenants. The current tenants are quiet and respectful of their fellow housemates. The house is carefully managed. Any problems are addressed as quickly as possible; the tenants comfort is of prime importance to us.

Couples are welcome, however two rooms would need to taken. We cannot accept pets sorry (goldfish welcome!) and the current tenants are non smokers.

An administration fee of £50 is applicable. Rent is payable monthly, being a month ahead. If you are interested please send me a message telling me about yourself, I will then forward an application form. References are required. The room is available to be moved into immediately.
