Looking for a friendly sociable housemate to share our house in the centre of Swansea , easy going, tidy and organised.

It is located on a residential road which is just off Fabian Way and across from the new SA1 development and marina which is particularly convenient for the City Centre, Swansea University Bay Campus, Liberty Stadium and the M4. It is less than 15 minutes’ walk to the town centre and Wind Street with its bars and clubs. The bus and train stations are minutes away. There are numerous take-aways, convenience stores and a post office and of course just 10 minutes’ walk to the fantastic beach!

Kitchen: A spacious modern kitchen fully equipped with lots of storage and fridge freezer. All brand-new appliances including dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction cooker (new), microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Almost every gadget you need to cook like a masterchef.

Storage: The house also has a walk in attic used primarily as a storage space.

Bathroom: The bathroom is spacious with a standalone shower. There is lots of storage space.
