Double Room

Excellent sized room with double bed, furniture and built in wardrobe in an immaculate 3 bed house owned by myself in a quiet street. There is a mix of families and elderly couples in the street.

I do have a drive way, but would prefer if my car was able to get in and out freely so on street parking is readily available for you.

You will have use of your own double bedroom, shared shower/bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room. I don’t mind you using the kitchen utensils etc but all I ask is that you’re respectful of them and clean up after yourself. I’ve recently bought the property myself and worked extremely hard for everything in it, lack of respect can’t be tolerated.

It’s not a party house but I do like having friends over now and then and a good drink so you don’t have to tip toe about. I like a good laugh!

Armadale train station is a 20 minute walk, 5 mins in the car and takes you b direct to Edinburgh or Glasgow in under an hour. 30 mins to edin, 50 to glas.

I work from home and have dog who is very friendly, so you must be a dog person who is happy to have a dog about when I'm not in and you are.
