The house is 7min walking distance from Armadale train station; 30min by train from Waverley Station Edinburgh and 40min by train from Glasgow Queen Street Station; 20min by car from Edinburgh Airport.
At the moment, we are two professionals living in the house.
Our neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly, with local amenities nearby.
The renting price is £450/month inc. all bills for the room (has built-in wardrobe and storage under the bed), plus £250 deposit.
Minimum stay: 3 months and after that we are on a monthly rolling contract, 1 month notice needed only.
Viewing is highly recommended.
References and ID proof will be requested.
