Rent, Gas/Electric, Broadband, and Utilities are all included in the monthly charge. All you will need to pay for is your own food, car, etc.

This top floor flat allows you to live a quiet life, yet amenities are close by. Within a 15 minute walking distance, there is a McDonalds, Morrisons, Lidl, 24 hour gym, Home Bargains, B&Ms, Farmfoods, Aldi, etc.

To add, Bathgate train station is a 20 minute walk (maximum) from the flat, making travel very manageable.

Although the flat is furnished, you will need to bring your own bed, the bedroom is essentially empty (bedside drawer and shelving). Every other room is fully furnished.

The shower is located in the en-suite in my bedroom, meaning you have to enter my room to use it, however I am an early riser and so you should never feel invasive. To soften the blow, there is another bathroom across from your bedroom, which I never feel the need to use, therefore this is your bathroom solely. (Bath currently leaks, can get fixed if you would like to use it).

You also have your own built-in wardrobe next to your bathroom, this allows you to have a lot more storage without reducing the bedroom size.

A 50 inch 2021 Model TV will also be added to the living room (currently in my bedroom) which features Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and Disney+

I am looking for someone who is clean living, it's very important to me that you tidy up after yourself and stay on top of dishes. Everything in the flat (furniture, kitchenware, decor, etc) was purchased by me, please make yourself comfortable but respect the space. I am currently working full-time as a delivery driver, with intent to start open university in October, meaning I will be studying at home whilst working.

I do not mind if you're a smoker, however it's not permitted inside the flat, therefore you would have to go outside.
