Large double room to rent in a family house, internet and all bills inclusive, private drive way, 20min walk to train station with regular trains to Glasgow(40m) and Edinburgh(20m).

This is a large family house, we are all non smokers and would prefer a non smoker tenant.

This is a large double room with some furniture provided, there is also space to add your own. There is wireless internet through the house and the room has a tv point which has access to all freeview channels and the sky feed from main tv. Netflix and Amazon prime access could be arranged. It is located on the top floor of the house which also has the shower room (lodger use only).
There is already another lodger living here who works full time so won’t see her often.
We are looking for a female tenant (FEMALE ONLY) who doesnt mind cats or a 12 year old living in the house.

£425 deposit and 1 months rent up front. Rent amount could be flexible depending on tenant and circumstances. Short or long term considered.
