I have a double room in my lovely bright and spacious home in the centre of Bathgate. Its in a quiet cul de sac in a very respectable street
Theres also spare bathroom that will come in handy

£390 includes council tax, tv license, energy bills and unlimited internet. ( fair usage applies). There is also an aerial and phone socket in the bedroom, i have a spare tv that can be borrowed also. The shared living room is lovely and cosy. The kitchens very spacious with patio doors overlooking the garden, which has a locked shed and room for a bike. I have two freezers, large fridge, dishwasher and a 5 hob oven , with plenty of worktop space.

The spare bedroom comes with large built in double wardrobe and storage units.

There is also a private car park/ spaces that can be used if you have a car.

The location is perfect for travelling to both Edinburgh and Glasgow and the train station is 2 minutes away and Commute to Edinburgh is only 25mins
There is all you need including a nearby Tesco ( 5min walk), Morrisons and the town centre less than mile away.

I'm a young professional thats out from 8am until 6. 00pm most days. I'm easy going but quite like to kick back and relax at the end of the day. I have a small dog called Sophie, shes very lovable and wants nothing more than to play. So anyone interested would have to be OK with her.

Ideally I'd like someone who is easy going, can keep their toilet clean, tidy up behind them and who isn't out partying all the time.
