The room is ready to move into on the 17th of December. The flat is situated a 5 mins walk from the train station and town centre, great bus and train routes to and from Edinburgh (within 25 mins), Glasgow and surrounding areas.

The room is a great size for one person with plenty of storage space with two built in cupboards plus under bed storage drawers. The flat is situated on the second floor with secured accesses at the main door.

Communal areas such as kitchen, living room and bathroom are all fully furnished. Potential occupants must be open to sharing the flat with a smoker.
